THE TAJA TOUCH
So often we are told how to feel, what to do, and how to react to the world around us. I remember seeking help in my personal life and career only to struggle with feeling seen and heard by my coaches despite their well-intended attempts.
This led me to study and become certified as a Life Coach so that I could provide the very help and service that I know is so necessary. My approach is centered on being an active and intuitive listener in order to collaborate with you to help you journey through self-discovery, navigate road-blocks, and tap into your full potential.
Many times throughout my life before becoming a coach, I was fortunate enough to be the ear and shoulder of so many individuals that trusted me with their most precious and private fears, dreams, and problems. I felt a sense of immediate connection to each of their experiences which allowed them to feel safe and trusting of my wisdom.
I believe in the power of sharing human experiences in order to forge profound emotional and psychological bonds. My approach is intentionally and naturally warm, open-minded, easy-going, and caring--it's the Taja Touch.
